i don't know how big or small your frame is but abs start with what you eat...

I don't eat a lot. Especially after my wisdom teeth debacle. I don't eat a lot of bread but I had to cut it out completely for that week and I did notice a difference. But something I've noticed with my body that the BEST way to get rid of all this *motions* is to work it.



I just need the space :( chick look like she in one spot so if she got something I might be able to work with that.

fibrous carbs are basically you green leafy vegetables.

after the lean protein and fibrous carbs you throw in a small amount of starchy carbs like brown rice or yams/sweet potatoes

there you have the basics of a fat burning meal that will help bring out your abs.

then you throw in some core exercises about 2-3 days a week you will have a "6 pack"

the best core exercise hands down are planks. you dont need much space and you dont need any equipment. you goal should be to be able to hold the plank for 60 seconds and when the 60 seconds becomes an ease then you add variety to the plank like one leg up and side planks

What's my problem? :confused: I'm bout to get dressed for class...Hopefully I'll feel like trying this out when I get home before I take my quiz.
 
These exercises work, I see women doing these every week (usually with a trainer) at the gym and with good results. :D
