Geno Wickman because it introduced me to his Entrepreneurial Operating
System (EOS).

The EOS model is the simplest to understand and easiest to implement way to
run an Entrepreneurial driven company like all of us have.

And it is the exact game plan I am using to run my own local marketing agency.

I’m sure most of us have read many of the great books out there from E-Myth
to Good to Great – all full of great strategies and tactics we should be doing.

By 1933 The Master Key System had sold over 200,000 copies and then seemingly disappeared. The Master Key System is one of the finest studies in self-improvement, mind-stuff, and higher consciousness ever written. This is one part of two from a 7-hr (DVD 1 & 2) Kenrick Cleveland presentation that I am told is called Strategies of Influence. It is from a Jay Abraham seminar for sure, but I can't say what year. I've never heard Kenrick talk for 7 hours at one of Jay Abraham's presentations, so I think this goes in the category of "RARE."

If you have an 7 hour presentation of Kenrick at a Jay Abraham seminar, you won't want this, but if you don't...!

The recording was done in Extended Play off of a vhs. I experimented with reducing it but since it is already in Extended Play, converting it to MP4 etc could knock off a little size, but not worth losing being able to watch in in pristine condition on your computer, as well as having the freedom to burn to DVD disc.

If you think as highly of Kenrick Cleveland material as I do, you will WANT THIS.

This Movie is NOT About the Law of Attraction!

Even though this movie came out in 2007, I was unaware of it until now (2014). I wanted to watch a movie about the Law of Attraction, and came across this one... unfortunately.

Apparently, this movie was marketed as an unofficial sequel to "The Secret", and that's the very definition of "false advertising". This movie has nothing to do with the New Thought movement or, indeed, the Law of Attraction.

This movie is, quite simply, a corporate training video!

Their formula for "success" is as follows:

1. Decide what you want to buy. 2. Get a job - any job - to earn the money to buy it. 3. Then continue earing more money by setting up multiple (and/or residual) streams of income.

The message in this video, if I understand correctly, is as follows: you must work hard (they even imply working multiple jobs to save up!!!), push yourself to do things you're not comfortable with, and generally do "whatever it takes" to reach your goal. This is NOT how the Law of Attraction is supposed to work!

I think this video is suitable for salesmen-in-training, but it should not be associated with the New Age movement. They've even hired marketing specialist to star in the movie, who explain how to market your product or service, how to understand your niche, etc.

It's ridiculous to seek any sort of connection between this commercial project and the Law of Attraction.

Maybe this movie is the result of the author's misinterpretation of the Law of Attraction, or just an attempt to capitalize on the success of "The Secret", but it's definitely not a good example of how the Law of Attraction is supposed to work.

They're basically telling us what we've been told BEFORE the Law of Attraction was introduced to the masses i.e. "you can achieve whatever you desire with dedication and hard work!" -- the New Age movement actually teaches the opposite of that!

If you're looking for video training on how to market your products or services, then go ahead and watch it, but if you're interested in the New Age concept, then this will not be of any use to you.

I saw this in May at a premier here in town. The company with which I am invested as an IBO sponsored the world premier of this movie in Las Vegas and one of the personalities in this movie is the top sales person in our organization and was able to get a premier set up for our town.

So, the question that everyone may be asking is "what's this all about?" One of the most important critiques about The Secret was that it didn't have any practical examples of how to put the Law of Attraction to work in your life. Pass It On seeks to rectify this oversight by having the presenters explain the nuts and bolts of how the Law of Attraction works and how we can apply these principles in our daily lives. In fulfilling this objective, Pass It On really de-mystifies the Law of Attraction and explains how the energy we exert in our daily lives can and will return to us. This is not Kharmic law, but rather the Law of Right Action.

If you were fascinated by The Secret, but had some questions, then all I can say is WATCH Pass It On! Then, watch it again... then watch it again. Watch it until you have begun to crack the foundations of your moribund perspectives and are ready to embrace the reality that you and you lone are responsible for making your life into what it is and what it may become. No magic.... no hicks-pocus...Just the reality behind the facade. There is no fate but what we make.

How to overcome fear of failure and build a mindset for wealth

Over the years, I've done a lot of research on the brain. The reason why I became so interested in the brain was because I often observed that people generally say one thing but do another. I was curious as to why this was the case.

For instance, I might ask a person, "Do you want to be rich?" His response would be, "Yes," but instead of doing what is required to become rich, he will often do things that instead make him poorer, not richer.

An example of this would be a man who has a great investment opportunity with a great potential for return and instead saves his money and passes on the investment. Another example would be a woman who has a growing business that requires her to quit her job to go to the next level but instead closes her business and stays as an employee.

These are decisions ruled by fear, which is what often rules our brains. In my studies, I discovered that there are three basic parts to our brain.

The left brain

This part of your brain is generally accessed for reading, writing, speaking, and logic. It’s the kids who do well in school that are left-brained. And left-brained people excel at such professions as writer, scientist, lawyer, accountant, and schoolteacher.

The right brain

This part of your brain is generally accessed for pictures, art, music, and other things associated with creativity and imagination. Right-brained people don’t always excel in school because they don’t thrive in rigid environments. Designers, architects, musicians, and other creative are generally dominated by right-brain thinking.

The subconscious brain

The subconscious brain includes the “old brain,” often called the primitive brain and is most like an animal’s brain. Because of this, it’s the most powerful part of our brain.

The subconscious brain doesn’t think. It reacts. It fights, flees, or freezes. The subconscious brain also involves our intrapersonal intelligence, how we relate to others in a given situation. Because of this, intrapersonal intelligence is the biggest factor in whether or not you will be successful or a failure in life, love, health, and money.

Can you control the subconscious?

The short answer is yes.

Those with a high, intrapersonal intelligence have the ability to control their subconscious brain’s desire to fight, flee or freeze. They have the intelligence required to choose the appropriate subconscious response to a given situation. This means that if they’re angry, they can remain calm. If they’re afraid, they can confront and overcome their fear.

Most people don’t have the ability to control their subconscious, and most people are ruled by the fear that lives in their subconscious.

If you want to be rich, learning to control your subconscious mind before thinking and making decisions is vital.

Choosing to be rich

For most people, fear of failure holds them back. Teachers use this fear of failure to motivate people in school. “If you don’t study hard, you won’t get a good job.” Bosses use it to motivate you to work hard. “If you don’t work long hours, you’ll be fired.” For many, fear is a prison that holds them back from their potential.

For example, I have an attorney friend who earned straight A’s at Harvard. He’s one of the smartest men I know. He wants to change, but he can’t. He wants to do something new, but he’s afraid of failing and not making enough money. He told me, “I’ve been an attorney for so long that I don’t know what else to do. Who will pay me what I’m making now?” He’s left-brained and controlled by his subconscious brain.

The problem for my friend, and for many people, is that he primarily spends his time with people who think, act and talk like him. He can’t stop thinking, acting and talking like an employee because every person and environment he engages reinforces the mindset of an employee in his subconscious.

In order for my friend to change his mindset, he must change his environment. The same is true for anyone who wishes to become rich.

If you want to be an entrepreneur, start hanging out with entrepreneurs. If you want to be an investor, start hanging out with investors. As you change your environment, you’ll see your mind begin to change as well.

This is a choice, and it’s not an easy one. The easy choice is to continue doing what you’re already doing. The hard choice is to beginning the process of changing your mindset—the process of choosing to be rich.

This starts with increasing your financial intelligence through financial education through books, seminars, and coaches. Through these endeavors you’ll find people who will help you change your mindset. And as you change your mindset, you’ll find it easier and easier to control your subconscious and overcome your fear.
