Burundi...For Realz?

The problem with Burundi is that unlike a few nearby East African countries practically nobody in Burundi speaks English. I bet your retirement money or pension would go a long way though. Other issue would likely be infrastructure. I'm betting the grid there is off more than it's on and the roads require a lunar rover.
