Burger King is $20 now????

Y’all idiots were the ones advocating for these idiots to make $20+ per hour to flip burgers. Now you’re complaining

Funny how a Whopper combo was $1.99/$2.99 at one point.

I can't fuck with FF like that anymore. Stomach just rejects that shit.

Let me first say that we're all happy that you're still here, but we weren't alive in the early 1900's when a Whopper combo was $1.99/$2.99.

Strangely I do remember Whopper specials for 99 cents.

I had to get my googles in and found a 1984 ad

And also saw an add for a $2.99 combo in 1995 but apparently they t was a special price.

I'm not one bit surprised. Back in 2011 I had a hankering for a burger while out an about shopping with family. I went to Burger King and asked how much is a Triple Whopper by itself. I was told $7.50. That was the last time I attempted to purchase a burger. I went to Feroza Roti shop on Burke Ave in the Bronx and got what felt like a two pound boneless Beef Roti for $8 & a can of Arizona for $1. If and when I want a beef burger I make it myself. That way I know what beef and how much salt--if any--I am getting.

it depends on the bk,location and ordering online and delivery which is always higher.

BK is open because they have coupons monthly that come out and this keeps older people going there for lunch or dinner on fridays. They also have a rewards system so if you buy a whopper, you get points or you can do a quick survey from the ticket and get a free one before the weeks out....I was doing that shit since I was a kid.

LMAO! I'm an 80s baby

From the moment I decide I want a burger I can have it in less than 15 minutes. The skillet will take about 5 minutes to warm up. Cooking time will be about 6 minutes.

When she told me the price my first thought was this a post covid retard/addict working the register.

My second thought was I must be on the fucking moon, it's no way.
