I'm not one bit surprised. Back in 2011 I had a hankering for a burger while out an about shopping with family. I went to Burger King and asked how much is a Triple Whopper by itself. I was told $7.50. That was the last time I attempted to purchase a burger. I went to Feroza Roti shop on Burke Ave in the Bronx and got what felt like a two pound boneless Beef Roti for $8 & a can of Arizona for $1. If and when I want a beef burger I make it myself. That way I know what beef and how much salt--if any--I am getting.

BK sends out their coupon sheets locally quite frequently. Even though they have long expiry dates of several months. They're in direct competition with A&W, McD's, Subway, Dairy Queen, etc. Prices have increased quite a bit at BK ... though their current coupon sheet says the Whopper Bundle (4 Whoppers, fries & drinks) is $26.99.

I used to fuck with the A&W though. They would have coupon sheets that lasted 4 - 6 months believe it or not. One of the best deals was a burger & onion rings for $6. Now it's closer to $10 - fuck that.

America is funny always bragging about being number one . Meanwhile other countries serve their people fresh, non processed trash in fast food form. Look how fresh the ingredients are at this burger chain in Korea. Burgers are American yet we have to go to an actual resteraunt and pay $25 for this quality.
