Burger King has now escalated the viral “CEO bite” saga with a new advertising campaign widely seen as a jab at McDonald’s.

The campaign shows two nearly identical burgers with different bite marks. One labeled “King’s bite” shows a large, full bite taken out of the burger, while the other labeled “Clown’s bite” shows a much smaller bite.

The post was captioned: “How do you guys like our new advertising campaign?”

Many viewers immediately linked the ad to the viral video of the McDonald’s CEO’s burger bite, with users saying the fast-food rivalry has officially turned into one of the most savage marketing battles online.

The McDonald’s CEO responded and blocked Wendy’s after they commented “we do love a square” under the viral video of him biting the new Big Arch burger.

He criticized the brand for turning the moment into a joke and told them to “focus on your own burgers.”

He then ended the message by saying he had blocked the Wendy’s account, which only fueled more memes around the ongoing “CEO bite” saga. :roflmao:

McDonald’s CEO spotted quietly eating a salad at a restaurant, after previously going viral for his awkward burger bite video. Eyewitnesses say the fast-food executive appeared focused on finishing the bowl of greens while seated alone, raising jokes online about the man behind America’s biggest burger chain opting for salad instead of one of his own burgers.

What made the small bite uniquely bad is that McDonalds has been gettin SLAMMED all over social Media -

Tik Tok, Instagram, youtube, facebook, everywhere- for selling a fake product. All of the burgers left in bags,

wrapped up for a year without molding or decay, has worn on the brand. The then CEO goes and

takes a bite- hoping for some sort of a viral pop - but it comes off as fear of the product.

After watching the video, It appears he didn't take a big bite bc he had a lot of commentary and didn't want to attempt it

with a mouth full of food. Any way you like it it did go viral, just not the way the intended.
