Not flame broiled anymore?
... you put them on a metal conveyer which takes them through a flame broiler for about 2-3 feet... when they fall out the other end onto a metal tray... that's the flame broiling.... you put the buns through another level of the same broiler and it toasts them, coming out with the burgers ... they even got a Burger King University for training in Florida.... I didn't go to that... wasn't planning on making the job a life long event... it was a job between jobs
