How are you dealing with so many deaths in your family? Do you have professional help?

I haven't lost this many folks this close together. I can name about 15 people I know that have died this year. So it's numbing at a certain point, but I know how to deal with my emotions. When I feel I need professional help I'm not hesitant to get it.
