my wife always makes the mac n cheese

i dont like cheese that much but hers is great and everyone always loves it

I used that mac n cheese recipe n everyone loved it. Most ppl said it was the best they've tasted. I added some chopped onions though.

Cousin Pat’s Sweet Potato Pie

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cans Evaporated Milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp coconut flavoring
2 pie crusts - frozen

Boil potatoes in the skin. Cool potatoes enough to handle, but while still warm peel the potatoes and mash with the butter and the sugar. Beat with a mixer, as the strings from the potatoes form around the mixer beaters, rinse the strings off. While beating add the eggs, flavorings and Pet Milk. Pour the mixture into the frozen pie shells. Bake at 375° for one hour.

I'm adding a whole salmon cooked on a cedar plank along with the other meats this year. Also, I'm going to do a regular dressing to go along with a dressing with smoked oysters, shredded crab claw meat and, cajun shrimp inside.

Sweet baby Jesus that shit sounds good. I want to try an Oyster stuffing this year. Just made a great Oyster stew. I love smoked Salmon.
