Kevin Federline is trying to get legal custudy of the children by claiming Spears is an unfit mother because of illegal drug use. Spears cut her hair to prevent it from being used to detect drug use. Illegal drug use can be detected from hair samples far longer than blood or urine tests. She's not crazy she's trying to keep her kids.
