Nothing he did would actually be battery though.
My concern is that last I read only one of those charges is a felony which if true means he'll end up pleading to something less and face no real consequences.
But that's probably only if he actually gets convicted of a felony.

Bullshit. His violent acts led to physical harm and injury.. If this was a black offender bets believe he would have a laundry list of trumped up charges to sort through.
