BREAKING: President Biden to announce new $800 million package— Update 7/29, approved $1.7 billion

Update Nov 2

US to send $425 million in aid to Ukraine, US officials say

WASHINGTON (AP) — The United States is expected to deliver $425 million in new military aid to Ukraine for its fight against Russia, including about $300 million in long-term funding to buy laser-guided munitions designed to take out drones, U.S. officials said Thursday.

According to officials, the long-term money will be provided through the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, which funds contracts for larger weapons systems that need to be either built or modified by defense companies.

In addition, the Biden administration will send about $125 million in weapons and equipment through presidential drawdown authority, which pulls weapons from existing U.S. stockpiles. According to officials, the weapons will include munitions for High-Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) and National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS), as well as artillery rounds, anti-tank missiles, demolition equipment and cold weather gear.

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the aid has not yet been publicly announced. An announcement is expected on Friday.

This would be the 50th package of aid pulled from Pentagon shelves and it resembles an aid package about a week ago that was for $150 million.

The smaller totals for the drawdowns come as Pentagon funding for the Ukraine war shrinks. President Joe Biden has requested nearly $106 billion in supplemental funding that includes money for Ukraine, Israel’s war against Hamas, U.S. efforts to counter China, and additional security at the border with Mexico. Congress has not acted on it yet in the face of growing Republican resistance.

The aid is meant to provide Ukrainian forces with more cold-weather gear and munitions to help carry on the fight against Russian forces into the winter months. Both sides have been trading airstrikes and drone attacks, including in the southeast.

In the US Congress, the desire to continue funding Ukraine has “reached a new low,” writes The Washington Post.

“We run the risk of failing, of giving Putin a victory just when he is on the brink of defeat,” Democratic Sen. Christopher Coons told colleagues.

But Republicans are increasingly "hesitant and distracted." And this began even before Ukraine’s summer offensive did not bring the expected results, but because in recent months public opinion polls show a steady decline in the once strong support of the American public, writes WP.

The war in Israel and the refugee crisis on the southern border with Mexico have only intensified these trends and may sound the death knell for ongoing American assistance to Ukraine.

According to the publication, both Democrats and Republicans have hinted at this in recent days - as Congress approaches a possible shutdown on Sunday night, and there is virtually no chance left of combining aid to Ukraine with any measures aimed at preventing this.

The Pentagon reported that they had about a billion dollars left to help Kiev.

Biden's national security adviser Jake Sullivan said Monday that the United States' ability to "fully fund" Ukraine's needs is "getting harder and harder" every week.

“The window is closing,” he says.

In fact we will from another committee to see if anybody is beliving this bullshit...

Truth is we DONT want our "REPARATIONS" to come from MANKIND we want THE UNIVERSE to handle it,

We aint asking for money, we are saying, before the universe wipes yall out, you have a chance to redeem your soulless

souls, and make the karmic reaction, much less dire...

rather than wiping out the whole caucazoid race in less than a hundred years... It was over two hundred, but all them chemtrails

and tryin to block out the Sun made the universe speed up their demise... nevertheless,

this REPARATIONS thingy, is and will be the LAST OPPORTUNITY for caucazoids to bring life back to their soulless bodies...

BUT FIRST WE GOTTA FORM A COMMITTEE!!!

But America made sure nobody got in the way of the genocide that was going on in Rwanda. The race war in New Orleans, the genocide in Libya, etc. It looks like we work and help to pay for our own domination and genocide. Jonestown should have been a wake up call.

So I guess this is a result of announcements of last package…

Wtf…. I never understood the idea of saying what you sending

Maybe it has to do with rules of engagement or laws of war

But damn

“North Korea is a more effective partner for Russia than the West [is] for Ukraine...

Apparently, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, even the following (among others) forms of aid from the West STILL aren't enough to win his gratitude:

- Billions in monetary aid
- Millions of rounds of bullets and artillery shells
- Thousands of Western military firearms
- Hundreds of Western military vehicles
- Thousands of tonnes of humanitarian aid
- The accepting of millions of Ukrainian refugees
- International Western solidarity
- Turning a blind eye to Ukrainian state corruption
- Thousands of foreign volunteers
- NATO training and military intelligence

It seems like gratitude really is NOT a trait among the Ukrainian state leadership...but keep paying your taxes that will eventually go to them anyway!”

Biden endorsed the Senate bill and urged Congress to approve it as soon as possible.

The US Senate bill for Ukraine aid (around $60 billion) includes:

➡️Nearly $20 billion for replacing stockpiles within the United States.

➡️Around $14 billion for Kiev to purchase new weapons from the American defense industry.

CNN: Senators unveiled a long-awaited border deal and foreign aid package with assistance for Ukraine and Israel on Sunday, paving the way for a key vote in the chamber this week in which the legislation is at risk of failing and, if it does pass, setting up a clash with the House...

...If Congress is unable to pass the legislative package, lawmakers will have to decide whether to try to pass aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan separately from border and immigration measures.

Packages worth Billions to Ukraine and Israel but studies to see if Black folks should get Reperations.

Y’all ok with this?

Man them ninajs see this and look the other way…

I’m be 1000% real with you… Ukraine getting money ain’t technically bad compared to Isreal money.

Some Ukraine money is actually used to purchased American weapons…

I read that Israel money is used in the Israeli military complex. So if we give them 14billy, that shit is being used there.
Ukraine is spending that money here then once the weapons get to Ukraine, 3 things are possible:
- they use it
- Russia bomb storage
- sold on black market

yall still thinkin Ukraine actually gets the physical money??

no.....the money goes to Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman,General Dynamics and other bomb making companies to build the bombs and defense systems that we send to Ukraine.
so all the bomb making companies here in the US are the main ones profiting from this.
Damn i miss working for Raytheon.
It actually helps with the jobs over here in these companies when that money is allocated.

The latest package represents the 62nd drawdown of military equipment for Ukraine authorized by President Biden and the 20th tranche distributed under USAI, according to the Pentagon.

“The United States is sending Ukraine a significant new package of urgently needed weapons and equipment to support its military forces as they defend against Russia’s assault,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement.

“This support will help strengthen Ukraine’s air defenses and reinforce Ukraine’s capabilities across the front lines,” he added.

Blinken noted that the security assistance package is the ninth since Congress approved $60 billion in additional fundingfor Kyiv in April.

“We will deploy this new assistance as quickly as possible to bolster Ukraine’s defense of its territory and its people,” the secretary of state said.

“As President Biden has made clear, the United States and the international coalition we have assembled will continue to stand with Ukraine,” the Biden administration official added.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was “deeply grateful” for the $1.7 billion in military aid, noting that the funding will help “sustain previously committed equipment from the United States.”

“Today in the Kharkiv region, I witnessed firsthand how such ongoing assistance allows us to save lives and protect people from Russian attacks,” Zelensky wrote on X. “Most importantly, this assistance shows America’s strength and leadership in the face of aggression and terror.

“The stronger such leadership, the more stable the world.”

They doing this on counts that Lil Kim sent troops to Russia to fight Ukraine.
