AG has nothing to do with his testimony, his thoughts or what he would do. Mueller already said he's done all.

In his summary. He was supposed to notify Congress if there was any interference or pressure to end his investigation early. There was no such notification

Mueller basically said that he didn't find him innocent, then laid it out for Congress, who he basically said should take things going forward. It's not his fault that Congress has forgone all of their required duties behind a string of apathy, corruption, and incompetence. Honestly, people that thought Mueller was just going to sweep in and take care of Trump were being foolish.
If we're going to have a solution, it won't be simple and it won't be as easy as any one action or person. We're going to have to look at the people (of whatever affiliation) willing to let this continue, and then get them the hell out of the system. As long as politics is run like a business, and business is corrupt, we can't count on politicians to do anything unless they're scared of the alternative.
The AG is the one that stole the narrative by going to the public to say that there was no obstruction or collision when Muellers report clearly said that in his opinion ... the Doj is in no position to state guilt on a sitting president because they can’t indict a sitting president that right is reserved for congress. Muellers logic makes sense...
And yeah I’ve always said that Mueller is going to be by the numbers. Even as a private citizen he is not going to rock the boat.
