Barr said the question was about members having concerns about his statement. And he didn't talk to "members" of his team. He talked directly to Mueller so he didn't know what "members" were concerned with.

Wednesday an agreement had been reached to have Special Counsel Robert Mueller testify to
Congress on his probe into Russian election interference and possible attempts by the
President Donald Trump to impede the probe.
Representative Jerry Nadler told reporters the agreement was for Mueller to testify sometime
in May, but that a specific date had yet to be agreed upon.

The whole obfuscating about allegations of spying on the Trump campaign. The way he worded it in his first congressional statement made it seem as though he was using the word spying based on some type of evidence he's seen. Now he's, without being explicit, saying that there is absolutely no evidence of spying and he just used the word "spying" because that's what you use for all forms of counterintelligence work, broadly. He essentially admitted, without actually admitting it, that he said that in order to set a different narrative and to give the GOP a strong counter-talking point (which it did) but he has ZERO rational for making that statement.
This is why Trump and the GOP wanted him. He's a professional liar.
Barr is being DELIBERATELY misleading. This is the AG. The top law enforcement officer in the U.S. is testifying in front of Congress and DELIBERATELY misleading Congress in order to provide cover for Trump. This is literally the definition of Obstruction. I don't understand why the Democratic Senators don't Explicitly point that out. He doesn't need to explicitly commit perjury. It's clear he's obfuscating his responses.... the clearest indication is the bullshit response about I talked to Mueller and Not Mueller's team so the question about "We've heard that the Special Counsel's team was unhappy with your summary" and now we have a letter from Mueller saying he was unhappy with your summary wasn't clear because those are indeed two separate entities.
