My state, Louisiana, was the first to introduce porn bans. The state rep who authored the bill, Laurie Schlegel, is a sex therapist, and one of her reasons for authoring the bill was due to men and couples coming and dealing with issues of porn-induced erectile dysfunction. While that might be part of it, more realistically, she probably had counseled numerous men who admitted to looking at especially tasteless or even illegal porn.
I've also been on tons of porn addiction websites and under the cover of anonymity, men have admitted to looking at porn that included actual, non-staged, r*pe, death, CP, and animals.
It's funny,that people never have this talk to the Republicans when they blame black people for our own murders or a Congresswoman and her husband getting killed in their own home by one of them. Somehow, people are suppose be quiet when it comes to one of them.
What's even crazier is that this piece of shit wasn't even a fucking politician and most people never heard of him yet he's been in the news for almost a week.

The main issue for porn addicts relapsing is the fact that they don't know how to interact with women to be able to date and fuck, in addition to the fact that social skills amongst young people have gotten worse, and it's harder to date in these times and they fall back to porn, just from behind a VPN or Tor.
A porn ban sounds great to the internet illiterate porn crowd watch The 700 Club every night but it won't stop their sons from either having a parasocial relationship with Angela White and deifying Charlie Kirk (or the next Kirk-clone)
Bro I have been saying for the longest that people don't socialize like folks used to in the 70's to 90's. Fairs, festivals, block parties, carnivals, clubs, house parties, roller skating rinks and social gathers are what I came on. I loved going out knowing I was going see and meet some fine women. Aw man there would be so many beautiful woman. Bentleys in NYC was my main spot. Good times.... good times.
Suffice to say, there is definitely a problem of folks socializing and being socialable. I can't stress enough the mean IQ of the USA is 98. In an attempt to keep control of the people of America. The high cost is cultivating a greater mass of people who are not free or critical thinkers. Ethics classes were removed from curriculums across the country in "low rent" communities.
What we are bearing witness to is what America has cultivated over the last 95 years since the biggest market crash. The hens are coming home to roost. As the late El Hajj Malik El Shabazz, once said. And we are super saturated with those savages.

American society has a historic habit of holding minorities accountable for the actions of individuals, while giving the white majority a free pass. Statistics exist to paint patterns about groups, not just individuals. Every minority faces this judgment, but the white majority? Not so much. That’s why both sides, right and left, need to figure out what exactly influenced or motivated him—not to understand, but to lay blame.

Tyler Robinson, despite his crime, is already being left-handedly absolved because, you know, he came from a "good Christian conservative family" and was "radicalized" by simply living with a trans person. Sure, he’ll do time, maybe even face the needle, but deep down, it’s not really his fault, right? It’s Reddit’s fault, FPS video games’ fault, the trans community’s fault.
Speaking of which, I’m terrified for the trans community—they’re being set up to carry the weight of all of this. The Black community knows this tactic all too well. That’s why I keep saying: It’s white-on-white crime, and the white community needs to own up to it the same way they demand minorities do.

In the 70's and 80's you had what? A generation of single moms? Maybe 2 for really disenfranchised people. I have came across women whos mom couldnt keep a man, whos grandma couldnt keep a man, and whos great grandma probably had a man but he was dead long before she was born. The world young men live in is very different from the world you lived in. Their interactions and expectations from women are much different, A 20 or even 30 year old coming across a woman whos had social validation from the world since she was 12 is going to be completely different than you running up on a chick at a fair in 2000. The game has changed.
I've talked to women much younger than me who's shown me guys as big as Shaq in their DMs. The same Shaq who entered the NBA before I turned 2. Was this around back then? Sure, but in your day the competition was your block, maybe a guy she meets going away to college who is maybe a big man on campus. Today? A rich guy can lay in bed and spreadshot every decent woman and that is your legitimate competition.
