Charlie Kirk, a community college dropout, had the nerve to call educated and successful women like Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, Jasmine Crockett and Kamala Harris DEI hires. Those women accomplished more in their careers before politics than he did.
Yet, the fact that he spoke relatively well and looked like an "All American" guy, the optics put him not only on their level, but in a lot of people's minds, above them.

Now, I'm not sure how it was done recently, but the one insurance company I worked for 15 yrs ago, they had to at least interview a certain number of minorities. The applicants still had to meet the bare minimum guidelines. If you needed a 4 yr degree, they werent taking a 2 yr or a certificate, unless stated otherwise. And as a result the workplace was really diverse. As hi$$tory continues to prove; economic, educational and social diversity is great for this country's economy! So why are the masses, (the 80% that are generally considered not wealthy) so against it?!
