Bradley To Lamont: Forget Khan, Make More Money Here!

11th & 12th Khan won those rds...pitty pat or power punches his punches was keeping Lamont off him & prevented him from fighting off the ropes......which was killing him cuz Lamont was killing him inside....

Lamont won 2 scorecards by 1 pt if not for the deductions he would have lost...:itsawrap:

According to the judges you mean - which is kinda laughable that one of us is using boxing judges to measure how the fight went - deductions or not - had Khan been given that fight it would have been a robbery. Dude was running away the whole fight and was getting beat up on the inside, he wasn't countering effectively and the better shots were landed by Peterson. Khan did very little fighting on the outside(which is his bread and butter) and when he did, it was minimal and not effective.

No question the 12th, but the 11th:confused:.

If anything the score cards show the shit couldn't have been bias like that. One judge had Khan winning by three rounds after two point deductions... splain that shit.

The loss is a big setback for Khan, he's already had one of these. It wasn't that he lost the fight - it was the way he lost it. Then the whole meltdown thing during the interview was wilin' as well. Dude got beat up by a guy who can't punch and what's worse is he fell apart and started using dirty tactics to get away from the beating. If Oscar can lose a fight in his prime just for running, a fight in which he took little damage - you can bet Amir Khan will lose for getting beat up and fighting dirty.

Word, Khan looked good during a lot moments of that fight, but when it was bad...:smh: Khan look like he could get KO'd a few times. Khan has to dominate in a rematch or have a couple of classic fights with Peterson to redeem himself.

As long as Khan fights in that amateurish style I've been observing and commenting on for months - he will lose to Peterson. There is no professionalism or polish in this dudes game. He's like one of these star streetball players at the Rucker with mad talent getting thrown into a NBA league game - the deficiencies become glaring. Dude also needs to tune up his attitude - I think dude was believing that "King" Khan hype way toooo much. Oh and get this mufucca away from Roach and Pacquiao.

I swear it is all from trying to copy Pac.

the fight was close the 2pts was what made Lamont win....fam you can really say in a close fight like that 2 pts didn't mean anything?

the fight was back & forth...early rds...Khan...middle rds Lamont....last Rds Khan

How effective was Lamont when Khan threw combos & stayed off the ropes & kept him away?....Cotto was doing the same kind of movement like Khan a week ago to Marg is that considered running?...Lamont also wasn't pressuring as hard in the late rds...he lost those final rds...but the ref took a pt away from Khan in RD 12 :smh:

I just finish watching the fight....w/o the deductions he didn't do enough to win IMO....

but Khan had to be a fool thinking he would win a close decision in DC...risky fight...

114-111 Khan was bullshit...

& next PBF was getting tangled up the same way against Hatton...why cuz Hatton does most of his work inside...PBF doesn't...so you will see alot of the inside fighters who have no jab bum rushing to get inside...lowing their heads trying to get the body or push the other fighter into the corner or ropes....

I don't see that as dirty tactics by Khan...

Khan is a big name. This lost doesn't mean much because he can move up to 147 and get another headliner big fight on HBO. Maybe against the winner or the Berto-Ortiz fight. I think Khan will do more harm if he fights Lamont and loses again. He maybe can fight Timmy and then go back to Lamont. Better that than loses two fights in a row to the same guy.

Cotto was throwing punches and slipping punches while moving.

There were moments when Khan was doing absolutely nothing but moving away. It was so obvious that Peterson ran with him a couple times without throwing punches or covering up because there was no threat that Khan would throw something...:smh:

Getting tangled up is different from constant headlocks. Also Hatton holds a lot too. Peterson barely held onto Khan... he was getting in there to fight and Khan had no answer but to hold or run. Also Hatton had to eat shots every time he came in and paid the price. Khan let Peterson just come in most of the time and his answer was to run.

So run away from the tough fight is what you are saying... fits your usually pattern.

Cotto was working more than Khan when he was slipping in & out no doubt but there were times he just kept moving backwards doing nothing just trying to evade Marg's constant pressure like Khan did against Lamont....

No doubt Cotto earned his win & fought way better than Khan but we saw 2 fights back to back Saturdays Pressure Fighter Vs. Boxer

I saw alot of the same movement from Both boxers...

honestly brotha if the ref did not take 2 pts away from Khan do you think Lamont would have won...?

The judges wouldn't have gave it to him. I had Peterson up by a shaky point without the deductions. I wouldn't have been screaming robbery, because Khan didn't look like complete shit in there and Peterson didn't look like a master. It was real close without the points.

I know one thing though, a rematch would not even be discussed if Khan won and that is a problem.

PBF & Hatton were getting tangled up the same way...blame both Hatton & May...

the ref on Saturday actually allowed Lamont to work inside...he didn't physically break them alot instead told them "fight out of it"

there were times Lamont had his head down...moving forward Khan is looking at the ref....

Lamont was moving forward alot with his head down ...

thats crazy...Khan would have won IMO...

Lamont is a true sportsman for the rematch...if Khan won why would he give Lamont a rematch that wouldn't be smart he has international appeal compared to Lamont...he would move on like any other champion to bigger fights...

Maidana Vs Khan was very close too...no rematch....why rematch Lamont if he won?

Exactly... when both fighters are doing it... it is easier to give that shit a pass and just break them up, but when one fighter is doing it a lot without being hurt... it's a problem

What's the problem with any of this:confused:

moving forward head down in boxing fight bruh...If I'm moving forward with my head down towards you you don't think we will get tangled up alot?

Lamont has no jab how else he is going to pressure Khan...bully him...cut off the ring....he was power punching his way to victory when he had Khan on the ropes...he had to turn it into a brawl...which he did....

his style combined with Khan who rather Box his opponents your going to see these things...constant headlocks bruh :hmm:

you make it seem like it was Wrestlemania on Saturday night...

Maidana Vs Khan was very close too...no rematch....why rematch Lamont if he won?

Well the Maidana fight wasn't this close. It was clear without a doubt that Khan won the fight... it was just shaky on those last rounds on whether he could survive. Even then it was a fan friendly fight so I would have no complaints in a rematch.

This fight was close and there would still be debate on whether Khan won so it makes sense to erase all doubt in people's minds like Mayweather v Castillo or Manny v Marquez. Good fights only make you more popular so if you had one good fight with a guy, why not do it again...

It was Khan's job to give Peterson a reason not to do that shit like a solid jab, cross or even better a mean uppercut... not headlocks.
