Naa I’m in perfect shape brother, 315 my max on the bench. I just workout with 225, my body can’t even consume junk food or alcohol. Once you ween yourself off that, you don’t even crave it anymore. Plus your energy levels are up.
Women also keep me motivated as well, they get extra flirty out here!
