I HATE the show.
I was about to come in here and fuckin celebrate.

CAncelled or not, i stop watching it last season.. I cant be an avocate of banning the N word and laughing to this coonery. I could care less what message that they are trying to convey. The word is being used excessevely and I cant get with that..
KIll youself....anyone, who watches the show will know it's the exact opposite.....Which is why it has made it thus far.....
on the real....i feel where you some of you are coming from when you say that the word "Nigga" is used excessivly on the show....thats your opinion...but its a show...someones creation....and if they want to use the word then so be it...it is actually a good show...if you have a sense of humor...some of you all need to loosen up....

But on the other hand, the creators vision of black america is also, HIS OPINION. Have you seen the creator before? Off of looks and stereo type alone, he looks like a black dude who grew up in the suburbs with no real links to the hood. Man, i put him in the same light as any other race who makes those kinds of assumptions remarks. Just because he's black and saying all those things, does not make it right. If you guys watch and think its an intelligent show, then by all means do so.. But I think this is a situation where every one has to a agree to disagree.

man i heard the n- word more times than i do on boondocks just growing up... thats why riley was created riley represents that segment of our community that speaks that way thats y he is always getting clowned on and protecting faggotry.......i heard some old dudes who use the n-word just like granddad...huey doesn't....ruckus u know exists in the community....the boondocks is like the wire it represents how we are in the many different levels of our community.
when bamboozled was made it represented a black man's choice of selling out or not...
and like boondocks bamboozled was hated by many in our community as being "stereotypical and insulting"
our community is too busy ignoring and therefore protecting its problems by ignoring them and using the flag of "don't down your people"...fuck that down each and every one of them...create a buzz cause critical thought, critical thought that sorely lacks in our community...
just b/c boondocks is done in animated form doesn't mean it doesn't carry a message in every episode(which it does)....
if boondocks was on any other network it woulda been cancelled so its on adult swim and it gets its message across...
if u miss the message u take yourself too serious and you are too forgiving and quick to protect ignorance by ignoring it and stating "its not my problem"....

So why do you think NAS is doing it? The Purpose of this Thread was to support NAS' choice of calling his Album "******". I see how everyone is crying Foul on Nas as if he "Set us back 100 years" but these are the same people who are quick to say "Thanks" when they see an episode of the "Boondocks" or "The Chapelle Show" posted online.
Do we really know what to fight for? Nas album has a purpose. Notice how all the Conscious MC's are supporting Nas from Common to Banner.
