In fairness to Tyler (!) the first "Boo" was the only Madea movie he's released since 2013.
But he's got "A Madea Family Funeral" already filmed and ready for release next year!

And the WHY is because that first "Boo" cost $20 Million and earned almost $75 Million.

I fully understand WHY he's doing it, thanks. And I'm not dissing how the man makes his money. And just for the record, I have seen most of Tyler Perry's productions (on screen AND on stage). I'm just saying that I guess I'm the only one who's tired of seeing Madea, that's all.
