Depends. If it’s her own personal dwelling or theirs jointly then it can be used how they are using it, to corroborate and verify he did indeed attack her to the point where it was life threatening.

Also if it’s in a common area and not surreptitiously recording (like a bathroom) he may be fucked. Dude must be on roids

Chicks can be dumb especially those used to being abused. There's video evidence of this asshole beating shit out of her and stabbing her so for the safety of the public at large the prosecutor has an obligation to file charges on this dude. I got no problem with this one getting done.

It's on camera that's their evidence to prosecute, usually it's your word against the victim, they don't show you walk but it's clearly on tape so i think the camera is all the witness they need. No witness No crime
