Black women denied access into London club for being ‘too dark,’ ‘too fat’

WOW! Disrespectful!!!

This week, a group of black women are blowing the whistle on a trendy London nightclub after they were denied entry for being too fat and too dark. According to The Voice, Saturday Zalika Miller, Lin Mei, Reisha, and Tasha Campbell went to the West End nightclub DSTRKT after being invited by a promoter. Mei says she and her friends were initially told the venue was at capacity. However it was hard not to notice that white women were still being let in after the fact.

Clubs discriminate for whatever reason they want to.

If you don't have a look, status, or money, you're not getting in.

Always been like that CAUSE IT ADDS APPEAL TO THE CLUB in a fucked up way; especially with women.

Stirs me to stop wishing to be included and BUILD MY OWN SHIT.

Cultural issue condensed down to four chicks pist that they couldn't get into a private club cause they didn't 'fit in'. Wanting to be wanted....

Fuck that club! Newsflash! We're not wanted in most "private" establishments. I'm not going to waste energy complaining about why they won't take my money; giving them POSITIVE press ironically ("Oooooh it's exclusively!!!") I'll spend that energy- at worst- finding a place that does -at best- building/supporting my own.
