I ain't skinny- I'm all for my ample women. But this is a black chick imitating she skinny wearing something her body is telling her she shouldn't be in.
co-sign, i know this is SOL, but ole girl needs to be shot for that shit she got on. she ain't sexy, but she thinks she's a 10.
how do some of the club owners let some of these women come up in there dressed any kind of way, like damn, did you look in the fucking mirror before you walked out the house.
^^^^^^^I mean that's the first thing I noticed but I didn't wanna say it
I feel where the OP is coming from ... I don't wear any make-up at all ... but if a black woman does I think some eye shadow to match the outfit and some lipstick is all that's needed all the rest of it is not necessary
But the idea that White woman wear make-up to imitate us I think is true ... I mean they even tan to look brown like us

understood.. but again I said that there are black woman who apply make up in a manner that white women do...
I've seen it many times usually in clubs or church sometimes at the office..
As far as the black model..she applied her make up in a manner that wasn't gaudy and just enhanced her natural beauty and that was what i was talking about when I said "IMO black women just need to even out their skintone if its uneven and a soft gloss on the lips...thats the MOST women of color particularly darkskin woman really need....again IMO"
which basically was saying that black women didn't need as much make up or have it applied in the same way white women do.
Ok I understand your point. But maybe you could have asked our opinion on this picture/subject instead of making a post that implies we are all sitting our computers looking like Bozo the Clown.
If you've read other posts on SOL. . . majority of the women on here say they really don't even wear makeup.
Instead of asking why put on makeup like a white woman, why not ask why makeup in the first place? All you need is a jar of cocoa butter and rich color tube of lip gloss from VS.
So whats the problem? Its natural to be influence, and influence cultures around us. Remember, America is a melting pot of cultures. Meaning, there's different views of beauty. Maybe many of the black girls you encounter think that they are beautiful if they wear make up. Does that make them wrong? Does that make them have a low self-esteem? If you believe so, what gives you the right to judge them?
In my eyes, a man can either choose to fuck with a certain woman, or move around. No need to gripe about something you cannot change. I'm sure there's women who believe the same crap you believe in. So I ask again, WHATS THE POINT?
Aye Ladies I'm sure all of you know that you can schedule appointments at many make-up stands in the mall for a color-check lol. They can help you pick out the right shade for you. You may have to make a purchase but you prob. will once get to trying things on...
