I think you can "hate" on a players basketball career / persona and still like them as a person.
In contract; I respect MJs game, but I dislike pretty much every thing about him off the court. Dude is a paid spokesperson for a brand bearing his name and likeness..... Nike execs get most of the $$$ from Jordan sales...
