"Mouthing off" and talking back to police officers is not illegal. What's wrong with you white people? police illegally harass passengers, and passengers don't have to even ID themselves because they're not the driver.
"Why would you want to talk back?" Because they are giving you an unlawful order, and their orders aren't the orders from God. There is no legal requirement to roll your window all the way down. However, cops have a God complex, and feel that if you don't do exactly what they say even if what they say is unlawful then they have the right to beat you up, and many of you (of course, the White people) believe cops have that right, and if you Don't do what they say You get what you deserve.
Now, That cop deserves to get sued.
