Black fastfood employees...

Out in Louisiana, I have seen the worst possible service ever. No napkins, No lids, spills everywhere and the food undercoked. It sucks for me because when I'm away from home, all I have to eat are the food places within walking distance.
Co-sign. Easier solution; shoot by the grocery store, grab something from the deli or better yet, grab a rotisserie chicken or something. For like 6 bucks, you get 2-3 meals off of that bitch (combined with some rice, vegetables, etc.)
Like dude said above, if I have to eat FF, I usually ONLY roll with Chic-Fil-A; the food is actually GOOD, and the customer service is OUTSTANDING:
Me:"Can I have my lemonade mixed with Sprite?"
Chic-Fil-A employee:-"My Pleasure"
Me:"Can I have 100 packets of BBQ sauce in my bag?"
Chic-Fil-A employee:-"My Pleasure"
Me: "Can you throw out these fries and fry me an entire new batch?"

All other FF joints can kick rocks

Half the appliance stores no longer have commision so when you enter a Best Buy the workers scatter faster than roaches when you turn the light on.

No ketchup. No large cups. No large fries. No bacon. No cheese. How fuck do you run outta cheese? Juice only! Let me get a number 2. Sorry after 10pm all we have is 1, 3, and 7. Okay let me get two 3s no pickles. No pickles after 2oclock sir. Well good. And I want some bbq sauce. That'll be 20cents extra per pack. Well nevermind. Anything else? Shit, do you have anything else? Don't get smart nigga... anything else? Large iced coffee cream and sugar. Um we ran outta liquid sugar and packets so we let people use this box of sugar. (True story).

Poor management and customers that never take the time to call that 1-800 customer number to complain. I've seen horribly run ff restaurants in mostly White areas and great ones in mostley Black areas and it's all about the manager and what they'll tolerate and if their are enough complaints to upper mgmt.

This is the the realest thing I ever read. I get mad as hell when I walk into some stores and get that eye roll from black women. In my mind I'm thinking "Bitch it's not my fault you work here." You feel like you interrupting them from working or some shit.

Why is service in our neighborhoods always fucked up? I go to Rally's and I have to open my bag and inspect every sandwich, something always missing or fucked up in my order. I go to Wendy's the line is always long so I go in, trash is everywhere, workers throwin shit at each other. I order my food and bounce, I gotta come back because stuff was missing on the burger. I go to fastfood spots by my job in the burbs and the service is on point and quick.
I stress the word "fastfood" because when I go to my BBQ joint down the street from these places they take care of you. Whatsup with this?
And I suppose every place that is not in "DA HOOD" gives GREAT service.

Yeah i've been saying this for years. There's a KFC that is within walking distance of a couple of housing projects and for as long as i can remember all there employees come from there. The service is so bad there that you can walk up to the counter and the people behind it will keep talking and laughing with each other like you aren't even there. Drive-thru is the worse, you can order a two piece and biscuit, forget to check it and when you get home there's baked beans and macaroni in the bag.
B4 i stopped fckng w/rest. I use to get in arguments everytime (wash u'r hands/use gloves/don't use gloves to handle money and food/when I walk up, aknowledge me hence we starring at each other cuz U nd to aknwldge me/I saw what the cook just did..etc.) Real talk though, when I'm in my nhood Castles and mcd's and the rest of them do not look nor taste like the suburbs. Chinesee rest. try to chrge for extra sauce but left out in open in suburbs. Just same as grocery stores send older meat from suburbs to city. yup meat fresher out there also. no cooincidence.....
It's not just the FF restaurants it's everywhere basically. Their attitude and mindset ... that is the problem.
They don't want to work there, they have to work there so they are mad at the circumstances to begin with.
They get the job because their friends are there so they can hang out together.
They get the job because they thought it would be simple enough, but find out soon enough it aint.
They don't see it as a career or even a stepping stone. It's just a job or paycheck and some other shitty ass job is waiting down the street for them if they quit or get fired so why bother.
It aint even so much about the low wages neither. I work where the starting salary for unskilled labor is 12-15 an hour and the senior men get 30-35 an hour, but in both extremes and everywhere in between you got people who don't care. They do shitty work or pass the time trying to milk the job out to an extra 15 minutes to get paid 2 hours into the next pay period or overtime rates.

No way..that location is WAYYY better than the one on Lee Street in the AUC. It's the only Popeye's I've ever seen that RAN OUT OF FUCKING CHICKEN. They actually had the audacity to stay open serving sides (fries, biscuits, etc.)
Nah Homie... I think you're mistaken. I GUARANTEE "sue-lynn" is NOT making minimum wage. -not that it's an excuse by any means, but (at least in my experience having lived in 4 major metropolitan cities), the fast food joints in the hood pay min. wage while in the suburbs (i.e. white areas), those muhfuckas make 8-10 bucks an hour. Now, sure...that's still no money, but I betcha their check every week is a lot nicer than their urban-area counterparts.
AND... if u notice in the hood, they only allow those kids to work 16-20 hrs. per week - again not allowing them to make any substantial bread. Again... I am NOT making excuses for anyone (I worked at a couple of ff joints in the hood when I was a teen, and I actually gave a fuck about the appearance of the store and the customers, etc. ) but if we keep allowing there to be such a gross difference in median wages in areas that are sometimes only a couple of miles apart, then we're gonna be seeing this shit for a long time to come. ( and its not just fast food joints, but damn near every place of employment in the hood and thats BULLSHIT!)
Sorry to get so long-winded about this shit, but I've been thinking about this shit for years (and trying to get city-council to listen to me to no avail). Oh and for the record: IT'S NOT ABOUT ANY PARTICULAR RACE OF PEOPLE, rather poor people vs. middle and upper class. Btw- great topic OP! /rant.

Do you really think a high school student who didn't even need the job in the first place (thanks to his parents. Just wanted to work there because all of my friend did at the time) about to go off to college would give a flying fuck about some shitty job at Mickey D's. That place was a hell hole still fucking over young people to this day. It was ran by two fat lazy ass sisters. Who did give a fuck about anyone but them selves. Since the place was so bad you should've just quit instead of fucking over innocent customers to get back at the managers.
