In my mind you can't justify police chasing folks to their house to beat the shit outta a nigga over a "minor traffic stop". Niggas a getting murked out here on "minor traffic stops". FOH. Use the same logic for this nigga NOT getting his ass kicked as your do to justify why he got his ass kicked in the first place.

When you commit a violent crime and go on the run after a month they don't even waste money looking for you, sure they are going to follow up on tips and periodically check your frequent locations, but for the most part, they simply sit back knowing those kats will eventually slip up, this is why they always ask for proper I.D. even in smaller infractions. They do this because this is how they catch child molesters, killers, rapists, and other wanted criminals. Now imagine if those cops were to let him run, thinking it's just a parking ticket, and turns out he was a serial killer who ran into the house killing the people who live there. Folks have to think before blabbing and getting upset.

Again, the cops didn't beat his as for a traffic stop, they give hundred of those tickets a week, and if that's how they moved then there would be records of them beating other people's asses. The reason why he got his ass beat was for running like a bitch ass nigga over a parking ticket, causing him the charge to be elevated to resisting arrest, and then assaulting the cops (if he did fight back as they claimed) and even after he got tased they still couldn't apprehend him, that when they deployed the next level of the method to subdue the suspect, which is using their nightsticks.
Now if you have a problem with this, which is fair, I suggest you look over the cop's protocol for that city, just to see if any were broken, and if you still are unsatisfied then I suggest you see if you can have the protocols changed.
