IMO i think this show needs to get better as it progresses otherwise i dont see it lasting beyond a season..they had to change up some cast members(jamie's sister,who was formerly deaf and now can hear is now being played by a American Idol castoff)..still it was a trip seeing Starbuck play a villain lol

Dialogue like "give her the illusion of freedom" to make her better serve us etc exposes manipulation techniques and strategies people can see done to them everyday. I'll likely start watching this and drop Lost. It was good first ep between action and story and seems promising.

I felt it was a little weak based on the hype it was getting...the pace especially... hope it gets better though... By the way, LIFE is my new fav

I thought the Grey's Spinoff was in the 9pm slot opposite this show, and whenever Lost comes back (Jan08)then Lost will be shown at 10pm.

If I'm wrong; give me the heads up.

I meant drop lost as a whole whenever it's on. ABC didn't renew the shows contract until nearly the last episode airing. That was supposed to tie things up with them getting off the island. I don't know what direction it's taking when it returns but i'm likely done watching it.

I liked it. I like the way they set up intrigue for future episode with the thing between him and his father and the first Bionic women and her upgrades. A lil too much catering to females but over all a good network show. How often can you say that?

from what i read there will be a lot of flashbacks and"flash-forwards" that show what happened to some of the characters when they escaped the island..theres also a Lost video game forthcoming

It wasnt as good as I had hoped but it did its thing, it has the potential. Now LIFE...that I can probably see being more successful, . Then again who knows, it all boils down to demographics and ratings.
I enjoyed it.

Life had a good 1st ep. the only thing that'll mess it up is if it becomes more like Monk and moves away from solving his own case to stretch the show into more seasons

Monk no longer has episodes of him getting closer to who and why his wife was killed. instead they stretch the season by showing memories of his wife and his past. shouldn't got rid of Sharona

I liked the first episode and should be interesting how the season progresses. Luckily I dont have classes on Wednesday so I can keep up with the episodes.
