A LOT of assumptions here.
Everyone here knows actual welfare is temporary, right? I can't be the only one who remembers the reform battles of the 90s.
It is? I have a family member who has been on stamps for so many years I've lost count. What is temporary to you? 10 Years? So far as I know, she still has section 8 too. Which means the government picks up part of her housing tab. She has had that for quite some time. All she has to do is get up breathe(disability foots other costs). It's as if she retired in her 20s. A lot of her friends are like that. So are a good deal of her neighbors(by her own words). Can't knock the hustle. Most people work 40 years to retire.
What about folks who try to get their kids to be labeled with a disability so they can just get a check? Hell, chicks know how to put themselves on disability.
I don't know why cats act as if all this is uncommon. Abusing the system is having a child while you already in the system(no reason for that shit today with modern birth control methods). If it's temporary, how the fuck you having kids if you already in?

Only problem with this situation is that rarely are the kids being motivated at home. No cot damn books at home. Mom and Dad are never found reading. Either exhausted from work to focus on a book. The television set always on at all hours. People screaming, shouting, playing. No respect for study hours. No one capable of helping the kids with their homework. No community tutors at the ready. Above all else, folks are ridiculed for being attentive in class. A lot of single parent pussy is going to be thrown at them teachers, that's for sure.
