FWIW, this looks like the beginning of the Obama counteroffensive. Seems that the thrust of the argument will be the dishonest disposition of Bill, based at least in part on his long string of illicit affairs, and let's not forget, his lying under oath.

My bad..I am just now seeing this. A formal ed. in philosophy definitely helped me in not only deciphering arguments but also putting together a well constructed argument myself. I will try to see If I still have any books but I am sure a google search for "fallacious arguments" or "logically constructed arguments" with point you in the right direction.
