I'm convinced that men and the future of our gender are fucking doomed. The percentage of men that even attempt to give the benefit of the doubt to other men seems to be at an all time low. Last I checked, there was no smoking gun to condemn this man but I am aware that we are in the "believe all women" age.
To see men on here automatically assume this man's guilt or involvement is nasty work and I hope and pray y'all don't ever get caught up in a situation with a woman who is capable of lying to this extent as there is typically no consequence for doing so. We constantly see examples of women lying on men happen more frequently, yet many feel like it can never happen to them or that the man is automatically guilty.
All of y'all are guilty until proven innocent but haven't experienced it to know it. Pray that you don't. It is absolutely not innocent until.
Believe all women, my ass.. I believe facts, proof, and evidence. My daughters mom can only sleep at night because she has convinced herself of the lie she told the police that cost me 38 days in jail, probation and ALMOST cost me my maxed out GS-15 fed job. I don't care who or what it is. Woman, man, cat, dog, frog, or elephant... show me the fucking proof.
What many don't yet seem to understand is that there is right, there is wrong and then.. there is what is LEGAL. If you have not been personally involved in the justice or family court system you don't have the perspective to understand and are assuming just like I did going into the situation.
If he abused her and/or the child then jail/prison is where he belongs. Fuck him if so. For the record, he gets the benefit of the doubt from me until I see or hear something that confirms otherwise.
A mofo showing bruises and scars on camera don't mean shit to me. Sad, yes. Damning evidence that HE absolutely did it... No.

I seen only 8 responses b4 yours and I don’t remember any of them saying he was guilty of the accusations.. so when you say you see people on here saying he’s guilty did you actually read the comments or assume people believe he was guilty.. you basically did what you say others do “assume” people were doing wrong

His estranged wife apparently does this kinda shit all the time and has documented history. She even got her own kids taken from her. You can get someone arrested on assault relatively easy. Cops don't need much evidence. Chick show them some bruises and that enough.

Fair response in terms of assuming and I did respond after seeing the first few comments. I disagree completely in terms of doing the same but you're entitled to your opinion. Clearly this is close to home for me.

All a broad has to do is make a call to police and claim she was assaulted. Somebody will go to jail. All questions to be asked and answered at the precinct. While in custody. Sucks to be him.
Beat me to it. I can't tell you how many good brothers I know that have had false accusations after separations. Im talking brothers that have had decades of good track records of being responsible and reputable. In California, an abuse accusation grants someone a temporary restraining order. I've heard of dozens of situations where women have used this to keep their kids for weeks in domestic disputes. Its pretty much a standard move after separations. In some of these situations, both the man and women were really upstanding and responsible, but when separations happen and kids are involved, women will do some really outrageous and crazy shit. Unfortunately, at the upper middle class level, this is most prevelant with Black men. I'm convinced it is because of implicit bias and knowing that most people believe that we are are violent.
On a side note, i'm convinced that alot of Brothers have an inferiority complex. Despite what brothers say, time and time again, many show that they actually believe alot of the racist BS that has been fed to us. This is another example. Peep how many posters instantly jumped on the side of him being guilty despite not having a history of it, no evidence, and the accuser being shaky.
