He has a kid with Cheyenne (also from Are You the One?) and just this year a kid with Taylor (also from Are You The One?).
Interesting how cast members (for various networks) become long-standing reality show competitors ... and build up their social media following, etc.
Hell ... Wes, Johnny Bananas, Aneesa, CT & more have been around on MTV for how many years?

I use to watch that challenge shit a long time ago....I ran into a clip on Youtube and it shocked me that I recognized a lot of them people on there still.....then I seen Big Brother people I'm like wtf is going on?
I think at some point for these guys it was a side hustle and then when it was over they'd go back to their regular lives but I think a few years ago that shit changed. Agreed. I'm impressed by some of those payout numbers as they are easily competitive with major network shows over on CBS, NBC, ABC, etc.
Plus, that primetime exposure. If you last a full season on a show ... you're essentially a cast member for 2 - 3 months.
Enough time to keep your name/face relevant, and also to pursue other side gigs when you're away from the show. Plus, the money people make as "influencers" on IG. As cringe-worthy as it is, it's all about that additional income source. On top of the hundred(s) of thousands you can win on a reality show.
So I haven't seen this shit in a minute so I don't know the whole backstory but this shit here is the most lethal shit I've ever seen on a reality show lol.

And you right that's a lot of money. Greedy ass CBS seems like they give you about 250k...I think Survivor gave away 2 million this year but you'd think they'd be able to do more than a network like MTV.

She's not a likeable person, and was a drunken mess on her season of The Real World. Turns out it was the same season that Cory was on in 2014 ... I remember that one. Good point about CBS ... it took them 20 years (40 seasons of The Survivor) before they ever rewarded 2 million. And it took a season of all returning winners.

I wish they kept The Real World on MTV. It was such a long-running series. In recent seasons, it's now available via Facebook Watch or something similar. No thanks. Instead MTV introduces other random reality shows that don't last, when they could have kept The Real World which began in the early-90s.

I think Survivor will go back to the $1 million standard prize. They were hoping to be able to film a season to debut this September, but that's been cancelled or postponed. If memory serves correctly, it's just too big of an undertaking given the amount of crew they fly in, plus the locals who help set up the island. Smart to keep it in Fiji for a number of years now ... as they are familiar with weather, the logistics, amount of time required to set things up, etc. IF they had a much smaller undertaking ... they could've probably made it work.
Smart of CBS to have their current Big Brother cast quarantined for some 2 - 3 weeks before entering the house. They played it smart/safe. Lucky to have the numerous cameras in-house without needing staffing around.
IF anyone wants an interesting watch ... I'd recommend checking out the abbreviated season of Big Brother Canada which aired this past March. They had it cut it drastically short at only 3 - 4 weeks as the global pandemic was taking off. No word when Big Brother Canada will return, OR if they'll invite any of the cast members back. I hadn't watched Big Brother Canada in some time, but was liking the season at that point.
I was torn on that season. I didn't like any of that cast.

Thanks for the intel. Speaking of international shows ... I listen to some of the Survivor recap podcasts, and the hosts / listeners have often noted Survivor Australia is worth checking out. Runs longer (seasonally). Been meaning to download past seasons for some time. Think I downloaded an ep or two of their most recent season. Have it somewhere.
