I found a new setting. You move to the back of the line after a waiver claim. It doesn't reset weekly
So the default is it resets weekly based on the record. The only other option is moving to the back of the line after you make a claim. There is no weekly update on that though. It's just action-based. So if someone has the #1 waiver claim and doesn't use it, they stay at that spot until they use it.
