As a married man, I learned one they after a few years of marriage that a few of my boys had been telling me because they were married for at least five years before me. Fuck arguing. You will never win even if you are right.
This is what I learned on my own from experiences with many woman. They tend to have a case of amnesia. You can take your wife out a dozen times in two months, but don't do it for a month and you will get that... We never do anything spiel.

I wasn't even bothered by it but was one in a series of events when my wife thought that I didn't care which was furthest from the truth, but she had envisioned my response and when it didn't match what was in her head it came off as I didn't care.
