Yup, this is a great idea.

Kids will dart away from everyone in the blink of an eye. Drivers can barely see them above the wheel.

I'm all for this and safety for the babies.

Most daycare programs who do walking trips with young kiddos use those leases.

I'd never put a child in one of those, but I also understand how difficult it can be to take a group of ten kids out for a walk.
