I wanted to get into Gundam model building when I was younger. That was the only year I actually asked my parents for something for Christmas. My dad came back and told me he couldn't find the models anywhere he went.

It's fun.

I'm not a painter or very artistic so I wanted to train myself to paint the war scars on them. I know Amazon got some but in Savannah they got these two stores (run by the company that makes Hello Kitty) that sell em. Kinda like an all things Japanese popular culture store. Maybe you can see if there's a Hello Cutie round your way...

Write erotic poetry and short stories.
Focus on my non profit foundation for victims of all types of domestic violence.

My livelihood is also my hobby. I am a beadwork artist. It is not just the actual weaving of the beads but also the hunting around for the beads, stones and all the rest. Different to that I am really into my garden and cooking as an art form.

Gardening is a skill and something people must personally like. I've seen some f-up yards.

I'm actually developing a paper for a journal dealing in erotic literature.

Ever read Killing Johnny Fry?

anybody into sewing?

I LOVE cross stitch. What I really want is that program that turns your own pictures into cross stitch patterns. I could probably do something free hand but because of how it's done if I decide to use another color that would be a lot of work to undo.

I may pick a few up along the way I didn't get to collect gundams but I did build the little motorized zoids.

They have that. They have it for beadwork too. I even have a free app on my ipad that will turn whatever picture into a charted pattern. It even will give you the dmc floss colours as for your case with cross stitch. I do not use it though because I dont really do that type of flat charted design beadwork I am more into sculptural and freeform textural stuff these days.

I would but I got rid of those things years ago. I considered them toys < models.

They weren't as articulate as the motionless model kits so I didn't find them pleasing to look at but they were fun to build up.

Send me or post some of your gundam pictures here.

I'm more of a let the materials speak to me person. But with cross stitch it's so technical I'd rather have what I'm going to do in front of me and just kill it in execution. I'm going to have to look into that program some more though.

:(

The ones I had all got destroyed in the move. And I had a Zero Wing too. It was exactly like this but without the detail (that comes from the paint). I got a brand new one somewhere around here but I don't even remember which one it is. Always said when I got 300 to blow I was gonna get one of the ones that was 1/72 scale and put it in a cabinet. Probably wait until I make my last move though.

I do a lot of reading .. playing word games .. .I'm obsessed with nail polish and learning how to do nail art currently ....

I like to cook and bake for fun ..

When I was younger I was very into The Sims, but lately I just haven't had the time to do it over the past 2-3 years ... also, i feel like as my computers got smaller I just didn't have the focus for it..

Uuummm ... i realize these things make me sound mad girly lol but I do a bunch of different things .. I like trying almost anything .. but i wouldn't say I have a clear and defined hobby like crocheting although I wish could say I did ...
