I wanted to get into Gundam model building when I was younger. That was the only year I actually asked my parents for something for Christmas. My dad came back and told me he couldn't find the models anywhere he went.
My livelihood is also my hobby. I am a beadwork artist. It is not just the actual weaving of the beads but also the hunting around for the beads, stones and all the rest. Different to that I am really into my garden and cooking as an art form.
Write erotic poetry and short stories.
Focus on my non profit foundation for victims of all types of domestic violence.
anybody into sewing?
It's fun.
I'm not a painter or very artistic so I wanted to train myself to paint the war scars on them. I know Amazon got some but in Savannah they got these two stores (run by the company that makes Hello Kitty) that sell em. Kinda like an all things Japanese popular culture store. Maybe you can see if there's a Hello Cutie round your way...
I may pick a few up along the way I didn't get to collect gundams but I did build the little motorized zoids.
What I really want is that program that turns your own pictures into cross stitch patterns.
Pics?
They have that. They have it for beadwork too. I even have a free app on my ipad that will turn whatever picture into a charted pattern. It even will give you the dmc floss colours as for your case with cross stitch. I do not use it though because I dont really do that type of flat charted design beadwork I am more into sculptural and freeform textural stuff these days.
I would but I got rid of those things years ago. I considered them toys < models.
They weren't as articulate as the motionless model kits so I didn't find them pleasing to look at but they were fun to build up.
Send me or post some of your gundam pictures here.
