Yes, it's simple. Fucking on camera does not automatically get a candidate admission into the hall.

You could also vote Present or abstain altogether if you have no clue about her. NO is not your only option.

I vote YES.

Dominique was my No.1 fantasy chick for a looong time, even after the airbag upgrade. There was, "Somethin' about that woman."
I hated that she got ran through by all them CACs but alas, such was the industry.
