I voted "Borderline" because though this woman has all the right weaponry, I can't help put think of J.Cashmere as another red-bone freak who can be considered her contemporary in the field. And Cashmere has a plaque in Canton, Ohio in the Smut Hall of fame as top 5 ever. So, until then, she can be on that ballot, but not get into the hall of fame.
