I have been looking at the Blackstone since it came out and I was intrigued. Last year I really started wanting one and I was throwing hints out to the misses in hopes of a present. I been seeing so many tik tok videos with things that I wanted to cook I couldnt wait any longer so last week I went to my local wally world and picked up the 36 inch. I really am happy with this thing, I absolutely love it. When I am home in NJ I do a lot of outdoor cooking, gas grill or wood burning smoker. This griddle is a game changer! I have owned it for 11 days and I have cooked on it 9 days, multiple times a day because I make breakfast. I highly suggest if you like outdoor cooking to look into purchasing one of these, I cant say enough good things about it. Versatility is amazing, and if you are feeding a group of people it is the only way to go. She is loving it because I am not dirtying up pots and pans and her dish duty has drastically dropped. If you have one drop some things you think I need to try to cook on it.

Blackstone makes good shit.

I'm a ninja guy myself. I have a condo so it allows me to do my grilling inside...can't grill on the balcony.

I did some teriyaki wings yesterday and some lemon pepper fries. Other than special events I may never eat at a restaurant again. And fast food? Please. Steak and shrimp every damn night at home if I want to. Grilled vegetables, breads too. It's essential for a bachelor.

A lot of good stuff in here to get you started

I had no idea what you were talking about but as a fellow NJ foodie I had to find out.

I am already looking at the electric countertop blackstone for my apartment in San Fran, it's smaller only 17 inch but will definitely serve its purpose.
I dint have any ninja stuff, I do have an instapot and the blender which is awsome for making soup and sauces.

This is no different from a griddle that’s part of my stove, right? Maybe I’ll install a griddle when I build an outdoor kitchen.

Same basic concept.
Your griddle only has 1 burner tho and it heats from the middle.
The blaxkstone has multiple burners that run from top to bottom giving you more control of your surface temperature and it's much larger.

@papi68 I just cooked some steaks on this thing. I was skeptical at first because I always use my grill for steaks. The Blackstone did not let me down though, the surface gets to about 550 degrees so the sear was great and after resting steaks came out a perfect medium rare.

Think of every corner store/bodega grill but instead it’s portable and in your home

When I read the title I laughed cause I knew about this particular piece of equipment for about 2 yrs.. a few of my friends had diff culinary biz ideas and I had recommended using this particular machinery for it

I debated about getting one.

I saw it at the store….looks like a hassle to clean, so I said fuck it.

I’ll stick with my charcoal grill.

Nah man cleaning is the simplest shit ever.
Heat it up, pour water on it let the steam do the work, wipe it down with a paper towel.
Put a light coat of canola or avocado oil on it and let it burn off and your ready to go for the next cook.
