man I had a panic attack a couple years ago that shit aint no joke I went to a bar with some friends and it was packed as hell. It was all good nothing out of the usual then I started bugging out! I thought every one was looking at me and shit i started sweating and was hella paranoid so i just bounced out without telling any one and caught the bus home i had never had anything happen to me like that before or sense. I hope that sit never happens again. I felt 51-50 for like 2 weeks after that

I've had grandparents die, but the worst is the day my GF was raped. There is something about the person who goes through a experience like that and has to live to tell about it. After that it was a couple of rough months. She almost committed suicide after that 2 times. We ended up going our separate ways. His trial was declared a mistrial and the DA never went after him again. They say its hard to prove cases like her's.
