Here is the situation my ex-wife and i have been divorced for four years. We have three kids together and she actually filed for the divorce herself because in her words "I just dont wanna be married anymore". I gave her the divorce and it was a no fault divorce wich means she automatically gets full custody of the kids.
Now for years i was going back and forth with this woman about seeing my kids on some days she was cool and then on others she would not let me see them for whatever reason. A few months ago it came to light thats she was dating her brothers best friend a guy who never liked me apparently because she married me and not him im 31 this guy is about 43.
Since they have been dating my children had been telling me that he has been beating them and putting them on excessive punishments my 13 yr old son has called cps on her and he has even tried to cut himself with a sharp knife. And to top things off she has recently had a baby by this guy so he is always gonna be around so to speak.
Recently i took her to court to get my visitation rights against her and i got a very standard issue order for a father i got every other weekend shared birthdays and alternating holidays. When the court gave me this she was furious especially about the part that says no excessive corporal punishment from a 3rd party.
Now im only on my third visit and this chick has gone loco i picked the kids up friday on time and things were great we had a ball and my fiance loves the kids like her own my daughters adore her. Come sunday my ex-wife was five hours late picking them up so i got a police report to document this and that was that.
Next day i get a call from my 13 yr old son saying that he didnt want to come to the next visit and im like why and he sid that he feared my anger and that i get upset too fast then my ex got on the phone and said she is not forcing him to come with me. Next day its visit time i go pick up my kids who do see at the pick up spot the cops they immediately serve me with a petition to modify the court order with all types of false allegations in it.
After the cops serve me this chick sends my two daughter 9 and 5 out to me and not my son so i leave and proceed with my visit. Sunday comes ex wife is right on time picking the girls up 2 hrs later the cops come to the house and say that she told them i have guns in my home illegal guns. I have one semi automatic rifle and its legal. My son signed a statement saying i had guns plural in my home and that he was scared. Mind you me and my son had a great time while he was with me and he never mentioned any of this.
The cops took the rifle and said id get it back after court, the cops even said off the record that this chick is such a bitch i don't know how you do it. Wait theres more so the next day the cops come to my house again with a temporary restraining order with more straight saying that i called her 5 times and threatened her life. I have all the phone records showing that i never called her now i cant see my kids at all till this is resolved. Im about to snap
. Anybody have advice or dealt with this level of insanity before? Its a simple order.
