A group of staff from various departments are selected to attend a 2 day seminar over night, you all have a group dinner together the first day because many came earlier to take advantage of the scenery.
Of course everything is on the company dime so many of the staff go all OUT.
You refrain.
One of the people who attend is a slightly older woman who works directly with the president. You are always social and cordial in the office.
She aint really cool with ANYBODY ELSE in the office.
You office flirt back and forth but since your married with children and she is divorced with grown kids you have a lot in common but never seriously cross any lines.
she is your 'work wife' though because she always keeps you in the loop about ANYTHING happening in the offices. She actually is directly responsibility for you most recent promotion and salary increase because she gave you the inside scoop on a pending merger.
But you you never cross that line...people in the office ALREADY think you guys at least HAD an affair so you walk that line because having her as an enemy could be career suicide.
She always jokes how her life would have completely different she had a husband like YOU when she was younger...
But at the dinner she was drinking and seemed to much more AGGRESSIVE and VOCAL then usual and you leave early.
You get to your room get ready to go to bed and your phone rings...
She asks you to come to her room to pick some paperwork, so she won't forget tomorrow.
You tell her don't worry you'll get in the morning but she insists because she says she wants to sleep in.
You can hear her tone is a little SERIOUS so you agree.
She lets you in points to the desk with papers and her laptop
She excuses herself for a moment...
