I'm conflicted on black (or POC) police officers because while it should be self-evident that it is better to have diversity and not just leave those jobs to white people, when the black (or POC) cops have the same fucked up white cop perspective that you seem to have, well, it becomes less obvious how it is any better at all.

fam, the way I see it, this shit is a job just like any other job, and there are a few heads on here that are also on the job. I don’t hate people, I hate laziness and the constant excuse making for people’s behavior. I help people everyday I’m at work. Very few white people in that town, and only a few white cops left. Private Prisons are a retarded proposition and should never have been possible, I'm glad theres a candidate talking seriously about folding that bullshit up. Ending the criminalization of marijuana, ending cash bail, halving the prison population, revamping probation and creating pathways towards reintegration into society so former convicts arent forced to live under constant threat of recidivism.... all this shit is just common sense. We jail the most ppl in whole goddamn world and systemic racism guarantees that we bear the brunt of this bullshit... it's all so fucking dumb. Here's hoping some smart people with vision get into office in 2020.

All that shit he said sounds legit. That needs to happen that could protect minorities and provide a way for the justice department to dole justice for these police shootings.
