before you watch the vid..NAME A BLACK SUPERHERO THAT DOESNT HAVE THE WORD BLACK IN IT OR AN ELECTRIC BASED SUPERPOWER! GO! (dont cheat)

Icon's electric-based superpowers include energy manipulation, specifically the ability to generate and control energy blasts, as well as flight and invulnerability. He can also manipulate electrical impulses and even heal or control minds using lightning. Additionally, Icon exhibits super strength and speed, and can manipulate electrical fields.

War machine
is war machine electric based
AI Overview

No, War Machine is not electric-based. It is a high-tech suit of armor, primarily using arc reactor technology as its power source, similar to Iron Man's armor. The suit provides enhanced strength, flight, and a variety of weaponry.

arc reactor technology

AI Overview

In the Marvel universe, the Arc Reactor is a fictional, miniature fusion reactor invented by Tony Stark to power his Iron Man armor and serve as a long-term energy source.

is fusion energy electric based

AI Overview

Yes, fusion energy is ultimately intended to be used to generate electricity. While the fusion reaction itself doesn't directly produce electricity, the heat generated from fusion reactions is used to create steam, which then drives turbines connected to electrical generators.

Where'd you get this from?

Icon's powers stem from his alien heritage & the advancement of their civilization.

They basically became ubermen on his planet. Then, the Guardians of the Universe (not the actual blue guys, but assumed a position like them).

That power set actually sounds exactly like Black Lightning's, pre-52.
