Seafood is any form of sea life regarded as food by humans. Seafood prominently includes fish and shellfish. Shellfish include various species of molluscs, crustaceans, and echinoderms. Historically, sea mammals such as whales and dolphins have been consumed as food, though that happens to a lesser extent in modern times. Edible sea plants, such as some seaweeds and microalgae, are widely eaten as seafood around the world, especially in Asia (see the category of sea vegetables). In North America, although not generally in the United Kingdom, the term "seafood" is extended to fresh water organisms eaten by humans, so all edible aquatic lifemay be referred to as seafood.

Beef is the culinary name for meat from cattle. Beef can be harvested from bulls, heifers or steers. Its acceptability as a food source varies in different parts of the world.

Beef muscle meat can be cut into roasts, short ribs or steak (filet mignon, sirloin steak, rump steak, rib steak, rib eye steak, hanger steak, etc.) Some cuts are processed (corned beef or beef jerky), and trimmings, usually mixed with meat from older, leaner cattle, are ground, minced or used in sausages.

Pork is the culinary name for meat from the domestic pig (Sus domesticus). It is the most commonly consumed meat worldwide,[1] with evidence of pig husbandry dating back to 5000 BC. Pork is eaten both freshly cooked and preserved.Curing extends the shelf life of the pork products. Ham, smoked pork, gammon, bacon and sausage are examples of preserved pork. Charcuterie is the branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products, many from pork.

Poultry
(/ˌpoʊltriː/) are domesticatedbirds kept by humans for the eggs they produce, their meat, their feathers, or sometimes as pets. These birds are most typically members of the superorderGalloanserae (fowl), especially the order Galliformes (which includes chickens, quails and turkeys) and the family Anatidae, in orderAnseriformes, commonly known as "waterfowl" and including domestic ducks and domestic geese. Poultry also includes other birds that are killed for their meat, such as the young of pigeons (known as squabs) but does not include similar wild birds hunted for sport or food and known as game. The word "poultry" comes from the French/Norman word poule, itself derived from the Latin word pullus, which means small animal.

I wish I could eat African food. My head is dizzy after I
read all the crap they do to food in America. 90% of
all the beef is loaded with steroids; the chickens are
fed anti-biotics; 75% of the fish and shrimp are from
Vietnam and China, where they are grown in pools of
feces, and then fed massive quantities of antibiotics
so as to make them palatable.

In Africa, the food is 100% natural and is if for that
reason, flavourful and safe....In America, they call
such food as organic, and knowing its superiority, they
charge an arm and a leg for it.

This definition is funny to me: "Seafood is any form of sea life regarded as food by humans." I wonder how many humans have to regard something in the water as food before it counts.

1. Beef-- I had beef third until I contemplated life without hamburgers.

2. Poultry-- Love chicken, which is very versatile, and duck.

3. Seafood-- Lots of tasty shit down there.

4. Pork-- Can do without ham. Would miss bacon but really barely eat pork.

same could be said about meat.. its really all just flesh...

someone could cut up a human grind it and serve it on tomato sauce over pasta...

would you really know the difference at first....

Exactly. That's why I say 'fish', I only eat fish with scales.

No scrimp, mollusks, shellfish, crustaceans, no scavengers, no bottom-feeders, none of that slimey shit.

I can eat fish everyday with the right seasoning & some fresh squeezed lemon

These poll results are disgraceful. Most of you are overvaluing seafood because you don't eat it as often. You'd be sick as shit of shrimp and scallops if that's all or mainly what you were eating.

I haven't eaten pork in over a decade.
Seafood and beef. I love the fuck out of grouper and snapper.
