See I have the same question about some of the ladies fashion choices, however I phrased them differently. I wondered were some of the choices made because of fashion or finance? I constantly see when, dressed up or not dressed up so to speak, with bra's that seemingly are to small. I mean the cleavage is just coming out of the tops like the head on a good glass of beer. I started to wonder like the other guy, is this a way to draw attention? Or are bra's that expensive, or does the quality of underwear for you guys very that much from manufacture to manufacture.

Jo you are very right. My cup size fluctuates (even 2-3 lbs weight loss and a strap is falling off or too tight) and basically I have dispensed with wearing bras. I made a few lace ones (its easy to sew if you don't need an underwire etc), but I prefer just to wear a tank top with a shelf bra.

The "half bra" is called a demi cup. Its a type of bra that is the most common actually. Its more difficult to find full coverage bras, especially ones that don't look like torpedo tit granny bras.

I hate when a girl blatantly wears a too small bra, and she has like 4 titties! that's the worse!!!

Depending on where I shop my bra size varies, but not that much. I hate flimsy bras with no shape to them. At the gym I wear a racerback tanktop with built in bra, and maybe a wife beater underneath and my yoga pants, nice and comfy.

This lady at my job said I dress provocatively simply because I have big breast. My supervisor really called me into her office to tell me that I can't wear certain shirts like other women could, and actually recommended turtle necks... "I mean that shirt would look totally different on you, I think you should try other shirts, maybe even turtle necks, if you like them." I looked at her like Bitch are you retarded!!! The cost can truly depend. One can go to one of those discount department stores and still get a good bra for under $10.00. However, I'm sure most ladies spend at least $20.00 per bra. I think even Victoria Secret's cheapest bras is $20 something dollars. For a good sturdy bra, you may even have to consider spending $30 on up. Particularly the ladies who are top heavy will spend more money for fully coverage, underwire, and comfort.
