The key to great grilled chicken is to infuse it with flavor and cook it properly on the pit. This week, we're adding a distinctive smoky, sweet blend of spices with the Smokehouse Maple Seasoning from Grill Mates which will make your chicken drip with flavors like brown sugar, garlic, maple syrup and orange.

That is a great seasoning tried it on the 4th. To add additional flavor buy some maple wood chips, soak them for about an hour then add them to the coals when the coals are ready. That maple smoke will set into the meat.

i like what they do...but it irks me how they eat off the same cutting board that they prepared the raw meat on.

aint they ever heard of salmonella?

Just used the last of it last night on some drumsticks I hooked up.

Another one I love is the brown sugar rub (something like that). Gonna grab a bottle this weekend and do some ribs for my fam and whoever my wife invites.

I'll be laying a cobblestone patio anyway so fuck it.:yes::yes:

One more thing I saw at a grill contest was apple cider in a spray bottle. spray it on your meat as you smoke it slow. Gonna have to test that one soon.
