Baseball Instructional Videos

Does anyone know where I can download instructional videos? Tried googling with little success. Appreciate any suggestions.

back when i was growin' up..the library had a lot of sports instructional videos...

i checked out a few basketball ones...

Thanks for the reply. That was the first place I checked. However,to my surprise they had lots of books but no videos.
