I been mention I’m a braves fan for yrs.. what you said made no sense about being born in nyc.. born 1980.. Yankees didn’t touch the playoffs during the whole don mattingly era..how could you be a yankee fan after watching yr after yr your team not make it to the playoffs..literally you would think there’s no such thing as a playoff..team sucked so bad it would make you despise that team or hate baseball period.. I’m a brave fan cause of Deion sanders..I’m a brave fan cause nyc had tbs which use to show all braves games.. I grew up hating the Yankees cause of my cousin and him forcing me to watch them wack ass nigs play when I use to go over his house to play vid games..he’d tell me wait let’s watch the game first..them wack ass nigs would always lose and just when we about to play the vid game my aunt would be like black you been here for 3 hrs time to go home.. what I wasted 3 hrs of my life watching them nigs.. fuck the Yankees, fuck the Knicks, fuck the jets, fuck the rangers..all 4 of them wack ass teams made me waste hours of my life.. all my sports team are literally the opps of my cousins team.. the braves, the bulls, the giants, the canucks.. I’ve said this shit mad times and here Im saying it again..blame my cousin for my majority hatred of ny teams outside the giantsthey not sneaking up on anybody this year bruh ..

Just had this argument with one of my friends because I used to watch the ravens. Just because I’m from NYC do I have to support the teams. I’m from queens but I rock with the Yankees. My aunt always took me to those games she never went to shea stadium and I didn’t until I was an adult but made sure to wear all Yankees gearthey not sneaking up on anybody this year bruh ..

I know braves are the current champs..there’s 29 other teams that can’t say that and over 27 teams that can say they won this decade..so here that goes

The Mike Trout back saga has spiraled into something most of us never saw coming. Leading up to the All Star Break the Angels outfielder missed several games because of back spasms. He then went onto miss the All Star Game itself and was subsequently placed on the 10 day IL with left ribcage inflammation. Angels manager Phil Nevin gave some promising news late last week saying he hoped to get his superstar back very soon.
Costovertebral Dysfunction. I don't know about you, but when a world-renowned doctor says he hasn't seen a lot of these that's never a good thing. In the blink of an eye Mike Trout went from having a common back spasm which cost him a few games to a rare back condition that he might have to manage for the rest of his career.
Two names immediately come to mind here and they're not the ones you want to think of in these instances: David Wright and Don Mattingly. Both players with exceptional talent who had their careers altered because of back injuries. Does this news mean Trout is going to have to become a full time DH in the coming years so he can play more games? Are we heading towards another what if career in sports?
Quick reminder how much money Trout has left on his deal.
Woof. It's tough for anyone to truly feel bad for a guy making that much money, but to be robbed of any kind of team success in your prime because of an incompetent front office to now being physically limited at the age of 30? That's fucking brutal.
